Building a new pattern of dual cycle development
On October 30, the third CDI China Development Zone Innovation and development conference 2020 (hereinafter referred to as "the third CDI conference") was held in Hyatt Hotel, Shanghai, jointly sponsored by Shanghai Longyuan Tiance Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and Longyuan Mingcheng Investment Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. CDI China Development Zone Innovation and development conference has been successfully held for two times, which has played a great role in promoting the innovation and development of industrial parks, building the exchange platform of development zones, and promoting the cooperation between government and enterprises. It has become an important conference with large scale, high level and influence in the field of China's development zones. The third CDI conference, drawing on the essence of the previous two sessions, summed up the successful experience of the development and transformation and upgrading of the Development Zone, deeply analyzed the problems faced in the development and development of the development zones, and built a docking platform for the international cooperation and investment promotion of the development zones, with a higher level and stronger brand effect.
The third sessionFor the first time, the CDI conference adopted the mode of "main forum + sub forum, online + offline". It set up one opening ceremony, seven professional forums, and launched "China Development Zone investment promotion live broadcast", covering intelligent manufacturing, new infrastructure, energy conservation and environmental protection, foreign investment, innovation ecology and other fields, with various highlights and full of dry goods.

商務(wù)部投促進(jìn)事務(wù)局局長劉殿勛，上海市商務(wù)委副主任張國華，上海市浙江商會執(zhí)行會長、中國金融信息中心黨委書記、董事長葉國標(biāo)在大會開幕式上致辭。大會Main forum上，原中國商務(wù)部部長、中國外商投資企業(yè)協(xié)會會長陳德銘，英國駐華領(lǐng)事館貿(mào)易使節(jié)John Edwards (Wu qiaowen), deputy director general of Foreign Investment Department of the Ministry of Commerce, Miao Keyan, vice president of IBM in China and general manager of cloud computing and understanding software, Zhu Xiaojin, vice president and chief financial officer of Unilever North Asia, song Xuefeng, deputy general manager and chairman of Shenneng Energy Co., Ltd., Lai Chaohui, President of Longyuan construction group, member of Party group of Department of Commerce of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and full-time deputy of free trade office Director Tan Xiuhong gave excellent keynote speeches respectively. 2020年是極不平凡的一年，在貿(mào)易戰(zhàn)、新冠疫情、運輸隔離、國外疫情爆發(fā)等利空信息的影響下，產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展也受到了一定程度的影響。自第二季度以來，得益于國家及時拿出應(yīng)對方案，中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)正逐步恢復(fù)，也率先在全球范圍實現(xiàn)了GDP“轉(zhuǎn)正”，呈現(xiàn)出了明顯的“復(fù)蘇”態(tài)勢。在后疫情時代，國際環(huán)境日益復(fù)雜，國內(nèi)競爭漸趨激烈，面對新的經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下的新挑戰(zhàn)，“如何保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力”成了全國人民共同關(guān)心的話題。在今年7月召開的企業(yè)家座談會上，黨中央提出了“要逐步形成以國內(nèi)大循環(huán)為主體、國內(nèi)國際雙循環(huán)相互促進(jìn)的新發(fā)展格局”，這也為產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展指明了方向。 “構(gòu)建雙循環(huán)、發(fā)展新格局”也正是The third sessionCDI大會的主題。
